Mr. Toth is responsible for advising and directing the internal business of Groupmark Financial Services, Ltd. He also manages special projects for financial, compliance, operations and information systems of the companies for which he consults. As a consultant, he reports all activities to senior management and to the Boards of Directors. He works closely with external auditors and legal council to ensure professional propriety and business compliance for the publicly traded companies he represents.


Mr. Toth has worked in China since 1992. To his credit, he had originated the first oil and gas Chinese Joint Venture (CJV’s) between a State Owned Enterprise (SOE) and a foreign offshore oil drilling company. He has also toured China as a lecturer on U.S. Capital Markets and has consulted numerous public Chinese companies. His industry experience includes manufacturing, retail and distribution, foreign exchange, media, advertising and technology. He also specializes in financial and SEC reporting, business modeling and internal control systems.

Mr. Thompson is the co-founder of Groupmark and is responsible for managing the company’s trading and marketing divisions. He has extensive trading experience in equities and options and has acted as a market maker in the Nasdaq OTC markets for many years, while managing the trading operations of his company.  His trading experience includes proprietary trading, market making, arbitrage, investment hedging and option strategies. More recently, he has focused on creating and executing proprietary computer system trading.

Mr. Thompson also has a broad knowledge base of business administration, ranging from technical operations to financial management, and has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of corporate finance.  Through his numerous business achievements, he has become reputed in the industry for his successful turnaround of troubled companies.

To his credit, Mr. Thompson has participated in the development of software for a software services company.  He has also implemented a strategic operational organization for an international mobile communications company.  Additionally, Mr. Thompson successfully headed a crisis management team for an oil and gas company.

Mr. Braumberger is the communications specialist and web strategist for Groupmark and is responsible for the corporate communications and advertising for the company. He is an award-winning graphic designer and has over 25 years experience in the fields of advertising, marketing, public relations and media development. During his career, he has worked at the senior level of management for national and international media companies, agencies and public relations firms. He had also owned his own advertising agency and had been directly responsible for multi-million dollar advertising and direct marketing campaigns.

Mr. Braumberger has worked extensively with emerging public companies at all stages of development, from start-up to completion, resulting in annual revenues for the companies of over $250 million per year. His broad knowledge of current media practices and corporate communication trends provides a valuable component to the Groupmark team.

Mr. Schloth has over 20 years experience in the financial industry.  Before joining Groupmark, he served as the Senior Managing Director of Finance for FutureNow Capital Markets Group, providing investment banking and financial services consulting to the company. Mr. Schloth also held a senior management position with GE Capital, including his role as Technical Advisor for Mergers and Acquisitions and serving as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. For the five years prior to this, Mr. Schloth was employed by Coopers & Lybrand.

Mr. Schloth also has experience as an entrepreneur, successfully co-founding and selling his own full-service brokerage firm, as well as founding a specialty high-end financial and technology management consulting practice. Mr. Schloth is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business, with a double concentration in finance and marketing.
